Just got back to office after a small holiday and saw Reka's mail, telling me about you wanting to put up a small website for your ngo.

What I know at this point is what Reka sent me: "The site should be simple -- site to put papers and
publications on for downloading.  No real marketing." 
Can you give me more details on what you expect from your future website, how many pages (for example: presentation, contact, downloads, links, history, ...) it will have, pictures you want to include in the website, basic coloring (colors that will dominate the website: green as in wasteaware logo or other colors), and so on.
